I had a lovely stay at Gringo Bill's Cusco. The rustic charm of the hotel was good and provided a cozy atmosphere (the creaking floorboards added to the experience!). The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. However, I did encounter a few inconveniences with room cleanliness and staff availability during my stay.
